Step one · Your matching foundation

Tell Stort what normally works for you.

Your Padel profile helps Stort find relevant activities. It does not commit you to a time, Venue, or booking.

You choose

Set your level, playing style, languages, typical availability, and suitable Venues. Mark your strongest choices as Preferred.

Use these preferences to rank and invite—not to join or confirm an activity without an activity-specific choice.

Step two · Two ways into a match

Start a rough plan or join one that fits.

Creators and joiners make different choices, but both paths preserve the times and Venues each person can actually accept.

You choose

Confirm the actual availability and Venues you accept for this activity. You may also consent to automatic confirmation for this activity.

Stort handles

Recheck eligibility, shared time, shared Venues, existing commitments, blocks, and remaining capacity before granting a place.

Step three · Recruitment

The group stays open while a real start still works.

There is no creator-selected join deadline and no approval queue. The first four eligible participants claim the places.

Stort preserves the original availability windows. An unfilled activity ends only after its final mutually viable start and Venue are gone.

You choose

Wait for compatible participants or join while a place and viable start remain. The creator cannot approve or reject individual joiners.

Stort handles

Expand shared availability into exact 30-minute starts. Retire each start two hours before play, while keeping later starts open.

Step four · One exact version

Turn shared options into one confirmed plan.

When the fourth player joins, Stort ranks up to three shared time-and-Venue options for the whole group—not just the creator.

Proposal and confirmation are separate. Every replacement plan is checked again, and turning consent off affects only future versions.

You choose

In manual mode, the coordinator proposes an option. Participants confirm the exact version or use one fallback vote after a rejection.

Stort handles

Highlight or automatically propose the best-ranked option, then confirm only participants whose activity consent and Preferred choices match that version.

Step five · External booking

Four confirmations make the plan ready to book.

Stort coordinates the commitment but does not reserve a court, move money, or authorize spending.

You choose

The designated booker reserves the court outside Stort and records success, the price when known, and an optional reference.

Stort handles

Keep the approved plan shared with the group. If booking fails, exclude that option and restart proposal and confirmation for a replacement.

Step six · After play

Record what happened, then keep feedback private.

Reliability records attendance at booked commitments. Skill and social feedback remain separate and private.

You choose

Record attendance outcomes after the match and optionally leave private skill-fit and play-again feedback. Use blocking or safety reporting when needed.

Stort handles

Show categorical reliability from booked activities without a public score. Keep ordinary feedback, blocks, and safety reports separate.
